The Americas Poetry Festival of New York is a multilingual poetry festival and writers’ conference that takes place in October. TAPFNY is currently sponsored by the Division of Interdisciplinary Studies of The City College of New York, Artepoética Press, Escribana Books, Instituto Cervantes NY and Terraza 7 Live Music.

BOOK SUMMARY
This volume collects the work of the sixty poets that participated in The Americas Poetry Festival of New York 2014. Authors from 15 different countries are presented here with short biographical notes and a sample or their poetry. It also includes an introductory essay on origin and future of poetry by Professor Carlos Aguasaco who has coedited this anthology with internationally renowned poet Yrene Santos.
